1.The electromagnet requires direct contact that with no distance;
2.Please use regular magnetizer;
3.Adsorption area should smooth and can't be too large;
4.The electromagnet only suitable for intermittent work, such as 1 seconds on and 1 seconds off. It's okay to work like this all day.
5.All of the electromagnet will raise the temperature when it's worked,don't worry, the temperature rises to a certain temperature, it will be stable.Of course,fast cooling environment is more conducive to service life.
Electromagnets must meet the following conditions to achieve maximum suction:
1.The object to be sucked must have a good magnetic permeability.
2.Proper use of power supply, rated voltage.
3.The object to be sucked must be flat and clean.
4.The object to be sucked must be greater than or equal to the surface of the magnet
( For example: the magnet is 20*15 mm , so the surface area is

5.The object to be sucked must be greater than 6mm.(If the thickness decreases, the suction decreases)
6.The object to be sucked must be close, the middle can't be interspersed with objects or gaps
